Arsene Wenger making a speech at the Ambition Ball

View of the ball over looking the red teamArsenal Football Club celebrated a fundraising bonanza at its annual charity ball in aid of the Club’s Charity of the Season, TreeHouse, on Thursday 8 May raising a massive £280,000.

‘The Ambition Ball’, hosted by Clive Anderson, was the spectacular finale of the Club’s Charity of the Season partnership with TreeHouse. The ball was attended by the first team squad, Arsène Wenger and Arsenal-supporting celebrities who raised money through unique auction lots and generous pledges from guests throughout the evening.

The event included a variety of performances to keep guests entertained and saw live performances from The Pretenders’ front woman, Chrissie Hynde and Tony Hadley of eighties sensation, Spandau Ballet. DJ Judge Jules rounded off the evening with a crowd pleasing set.
