World Autism Awareness Day 2010
What is World Autism Awareness Day?
In December 2007, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution which declared April 02 as World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD).
By bringing together autism organisations all around the world, World Autism Awareness Day aims to give a voice to the millions of individuals worldwide who are undiagnosed, misunderstood and looking for support.
How can I get involved?
Show your support by visiting the WAAD photo gallery and sharing your photos and stories about what World Autism Awareness Day means to you and your family.
Visit the WAAD facebook group and post messages, put up photos and videos about what World Autism Awareness Day means to you and your family.
Or for more information please go to the WAAD web page
