Gifts in Wills

Sadly the number of children being diagnosed with autism continues to rapidly increase. As the number of children affected by this life long condition grows, so does the enormous need for TreeHouse’s services. Remembering TreeHouse in your will is a wonderful way to support many future generations of children with autism.

If you decide to leave a legacy, it is essential that your Will is legally drawn up, and correctly witnessed. Unless your affairs are very straightforward, it is best to consult a solicitor rather than try to do it all by yourself. If you prepare thoroughly and collect all the relevant information, seeing a solicitor need not be too expensive. Solicitors generally charge by the hour, so the better prepared you are, the less money you will need to spend.

You can speak, in confidence, to Claire Palmer, Fundraiser (Individuals and Community) regarding any aspect of leaving a legacy in your Will. Although she is not legally trained, she has experience in legacy issues and will do her best to give you all the information you may need. Please contact Claire on 020 8815 5433 or email her on on cpalmer@treehouse.org.uk.

If you would like to let us know if you are considering leaving a legacy to TreeHouse, or have already done so, please complete our legacy pledge form. Thank you.
