Raise the Roof Appeal
We are so excited about the prospect of finally having a permanent roof over our heads, that for the final push in securing our future, we have launched the Raise the Roof for TreeHouse appeal. If you would like to help us unpack our boxes for the last time, and would like a fun and easy way to support our building project, please read on!
TreeHouse’s new roof will be a living, sedum roof. This attractive ‘green carpet’ will change colour during the summer and will benefit both the occupants of the building and the wider environment by:
- attracting wildlife, flora and fauna
- softening the visual impact of the building
- removing carbon dioxide from the air
- reducing heat loss from the building in winter
- reducing internal air temperature during summer
- absorbing 70 - 90% of rainfall, thus reducing storm-water run off

How Can I Raise the Roof for TreeHouse?
If you would like to make a donation, a gift of any amount will be very much appreciated. For those individuals, families, schools or groups who are willing to make a pledge of at least £500, you will fund one square metre of TreeHouse’s roof.
In return for your pledge, you will receive a page, dedicated to you, in our Raise the Roof for TreeHouse commemorative book, which will be on displayon the website and in the reception of TreeHouse’s building. Your page can display anything from a simple certificate commemorating your gift, to a photograph or story about why you chose to support our appeal.
You can make your gift in a number of ways. You could make a single payment, by cheque, credit card or CAF voucher, using the donation form below. Alternatively, you can pledge your gift today but make your payments over a number of years:
- £20 each month for 2 years
- £14 per month for 3 years
- £10 per month for 4 years
