School Structure

TreeHouse is led by the Headteacher and the School Leadership Team. The children and young people are grouped in classes according to age and ability. Class Leaders manage a team of Programme Specialists who work directly with the children in the class. Qualified Teachers and experienced Behaviour Analysts work alongside and support the classroom staff.
